Q: When will I receive my package?
- US orders: usually arrive within 2 to 5 business days.
- International orders: may take 5 to 15 business days, depending on customs and location.

Q: How much is shipping?
A: Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.
Q: Why isn’t my tracking link working?
A: Tracking info can take 24 to 48 hours to update after your order is processed. Please wait a bit after receiving your shipping confirmation.

I haven’t received my package – what should I do?
If your order seems delayed or hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, don’t worry — we’re here to help! Contact Homyfy Shop customer support anytime at contacto@homyfy.shop with your order number, and we’ll help you track your package and provide the latest shipping info.
My tracking says “Delivered” but I haven’t received my package. What now?
We want to make sure you and your pet get your order as quickly as possible. If tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received it:
- Check with neighbors or household members to see if someone accepted it.
- Look around porches, entrances, mailrooms, or garages.
- Contact USPS/FEDEX directly using your tracking number (sent via email).
- Email us at contacto@homyfy.shop and we’ll assist further.
⚠️ Note: Homyfy Shop is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses entered at checkout. Shipping addresses cannot be changed once the order is placed.
The post office can’t locate my package – what should I do?
If your local post office can’t locate the shipment, contact us at contacto@homyfy.shop. We’ll do our best to assist and work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

I haven’t received an email confirmation – what should I do?
Order confirmation emails are sent once the shipping label is created and packaging begins. Order processing takes 24 to 72 hours.
If you haven’t received confirmation after 72 hours, please contact our support team at contacto@homyfy.shop.
⏱ Note: Processing times may be slightly delayed due to health and safety protocols. You will receive a tracking email once your order ships.
Q: Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
A: Unfortunately, no. Once an order is placed, we cannot update the shipping information. Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order.
Homyfy Shop is not responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
Q: Can I update the shipping address after the order has been shipped via USPS/FEDEX?
A: No. Once your order is processed or shipped, we cannot redirect or change the delivery address.
Please ensure your shipping details are correct when placing the order.
🔁 Exchange Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or cancellations once an order is placed.
- Exchanges are only accepted for non-customized items.
- Customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery if an item arrives defective or damaged.
- If your product arrives faulty, we can send a free replacement.
- The customer is responsible for providing a return shipping label if an exchange is approved.
- We do not offer extended warranties. No product is guaranteed to be indestructible.
